eSchoolPLUS Home Access Center
eSchoolPlus Home Access Center is a web based tool that gives parents the opportunity for proactive involvement in their children's academic success. Accessible through the Internet, Home Access Center allows parents to monitor their children's grades online throughout the school year.
In a recent update to Home Access Center, a feature was added that gives users the ability to retrieve their account name and/or password if they have forgotten them. As a result, parents are being asked to enter "challenge" questions when they log in to Home Access Center. Unfortunately, the system does not provide instructions or explain what those questions are for. Please know that this new feature is a security feature intended to verify and protect the identity of the person using the system. However, we understand that this new step has caused some confusion among some users and we apologize for the inconvenience. You will only be asked for this information the first time you login after the upgrade and any time you need to retrieve your password or account name. To request a Home Access Center (HAC) Account, please email grades@saisd.org.
In your email, please include the following information:
- Your student’s legal name, birth date, grade level, and student ID (If you have multiple children in SAISD that you would like access to monitor grades, please list each student and their info.)
- Your name and relationship to student(s)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email address that you wish SAISD use to send you alerts, etc.)
- We will email you your account login and initial password via reply mail. (you can change the password after you log into the system)
Note: This information is important to insure security. You may submit your request for an account at any time.
For more information about your child’s information, such as demographics, grades, or attendance, please contact your child’s campus office.
